Survey before replacement
Our maintenance division surveys existing glazed façades to identify faults, future risks and the most economical route forward. Windows, doors and curtain walling can be serviced to improve watertightness, operation and general condition.

Repair and renew
Frames can be repaired and sprayed internally or externally. Windows and doors that are beyond repair can be replaced within existing façades, with the performance of the combined old and new system considered as one package.

Glass and applied films
Damaged or failed glazing can be removed and replaced. Surface-applied films can improve solar performance, security or privacy. The programme is tailored to the building, priorities and available budget.
